Scoring and the official result
From January 2026, TOEFL iBT uses a 1–6 scale in 0.5 increments. During a two-year transition, a comparable overall 0–120 score is also reported.
Official scores are generally available in the ETS account 3 days after the test. You purchase preparation and support; ETS issues the official Score Report.
